All knives in this lineup are forged with White carbon #2, clad in a soft iron with a Nashiji finish. We love the unique Nashiji style finish for its rugged good looks, and the white carbon makes them a breeze to resharpen.

These knives all come fixed to a burnt chestnut oval handle, for an overall light feel.
