What is most impressive are the consistent grinds and sharpness out of the box. These blades are easy to sharpen and maintain, with an unparalleled fit and finish for budget friendly knives.

At the core of these knives is VG10. VG10 was designed for making knives, it is a stainless steel with a high carbon content. The metallurgy breaks down something like this: 1% Carbon, 15% chromium, 1% Molybdenum, 0.2% Vanadium, 1.5% Cobalt, 0.5% Manganese. VG10 is a super versatile steel, that in the right knife makers hands can produce exquisite pieces even for the most discerning knife collectors.

All knives in this line are fitted with a slim western one piece pakka wood handle.
