Established in 1926, Sakai Kikumori produces all types of kitchen knives. From water quenched Honyaki masterpieces, to knives for home cooks, Kawamura Hamono takes extreme pride in every blade.

These mono steel western knives are what we would call low maintenance workhorses, or even perfect beginner blades. The knives are built with a single piece of Molybdenum Vanadium steel that is both durable, and easy to sharpen.

The western full tang handle gives these knives that familiar center balance.
