This stone removes steel very quickly It is an essential stone in my setup. I use it for repairing broken tips, fixing chips in the blade, and rescuing very dull knives.

-Soak this stone for 20 minutes before use.

-Keep stone flat with truing stone or Atoma Plate

-Dry at room temperature.
