Anryu Hamono

Takumi Ikeda always looked up to his mentor and uncle Katsushige Anryu, and in 2021 he took over reigns of Anryu Hamono as the 5th generation blacksmith. Anryu Hamono was established in 1873 and has become a very popular brand amongst professional chefs and knife collectors alike.
