Hey everyone, thank you very much for checking out my website. This November marks The Cook’s Edge 2 year anniversary, and what an incredible experience it has been. I have zero formal business training and zero training in the tech world, so opening The Cook’s Edge literally has been a “learn as I go” experience. I am really keen on sharing these experiences with you, as hopefully it will serve as a learning tool for anyone who might be interested in what goes on surrounding the shop. My goal is to document daily activities such as knife sharpening, re-handling knives, knife repair, and whetstone fun. I also would like to start sharing other activities like when I hit the road to do pop-up shops, review local restaurants & markets, and just let you know about general shop news.
