We are offering a knife skills class at the shop on February 14th from 6-8pm. This class will be taught by Adam, owner of The Cook's Edge and a professional chef with over 15 years of restaurant experience. This 2 hour lesson will cover the basics of knife control, classic cuts, honing and edge care and how to chose the proper knife for the job. We will have lots of Japanese knives that you can try, no need to bring your own. Plus, you will leave with all the ingredients you have prepped so you can go home and make something yummy!
