THE COOK’S EDGE SHIPS ANYWHERE In Canada or the USA:
FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $200 ANYWHERE IN CANADA OR THE USA
If your order IS less than $200, the shipping cost will be a flat rate of $15.
We offer two options for shipping: Canada Post or UPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (any country that is NOT the USA or Canada)
Shipping to other countries besides Canada or the United States – you have 3 options:

The Cook’s Edge Shipping Policy
We aim to and ship your new goodies as soon as possible.To all customers in Canada and US, we send orders by Canada Post or UPS ground service within 24 hours of the PURCHASE, with exception of Sundays and Holidays.All of these services are insured and trackable.In most cases packages arrive at Canadian destinations within 2-7 business days. US destinations generally take 5-14 business days for delivery. All parcels are shipped from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Orders crossing international borders AND to the USA can be HELD by the country’s customs agency and charges may incur. These delays and charges are out of our control. International shipments are sent with a commercial invoice for this reason. Customs charges may vary depending on destination and size. The Cook’s Edge, is not responsible for these charges.
Customs and Duties
Customs agency in each country has rights to detain and inspect packages entering the country. When the package is sent to Customs Agent, long delays can occur. The delay is beyond our control and The Cook’s Edge is not authorized to investigate the status of the package. Duties and taxes may be charged according to the value of the products.
The Cook’s Edge Return Policy
This return policy applies to all items purchased from The Cook’s Edge. Before returning any items, please contact us at email@example.com within seven days of receipt of items.
Products/goods must be returned in their original un-damaged packaging, unused and in absolute perfect condition with original receipt. If knives show any sign of USE or DAMAGE they will NOT be accepted for RETURN or EXCHANGE. If the original packaging is DAMAGED and not in a re-saleable condition the item will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.
All items returned to The Cook’s Edge are done so at the buyer’s cost. The items must be packaged with absolute care to prevent damage and fully insured. Please let us know of the tracking number so we can follow the parcel.
FOR NON-CANADIAN CUSTOMERS VERY IMPORTANT: Please send the products to us using USPS, EMS or other Government postal system.The package/invoice should have the export value and have a note that reads: CANADIAN GOODS RETURNED. Then it will be able to be processed without payment of duty & tax. DO NOT USE A COURIER AS IT WILL ADD $25 PLUS ANY IMPORT DUTIES TO YOU BILL IN ORDER FOR OUR BROKERS TO CLEAR THE PARCEL FROM CANADA BOARDER SERVICES.
Monies/Funds will not be reimbursed until we receive the products and we are FULLY SATISFIED with the products condition. The refund will be the amount paid less the shipping/handling fees (our real shipping cost for those orders where shipping was included for free), PayPal fees and any other incurred costs. When sending parcels to us across an international border it is the customers responsibility to state that the item is either being returned or temporarily imported for repair. NOT DOING SO may result in import tariffs and/or brokerage fees.
Items found to be damaged or used or in LESS THAN PERFECT CONDITION will not be accepted or credited for return or exchange.

DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS
All Canadian residents are subject to 5% GST on all purchases. Customers who are ordering internationally are not subject to any Canadian taxes.
For international deliveries, customs and duties charges may be calculated by the destination country. The Cook’s Edge is not responsible for any such charges or potential delays in delivery caused by customs clearance.
Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any issues with your order, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. The Cook’s Edge will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start investigating carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.
Our goal is to have all of our customers be 100% ecstatic with their purchase. That being said, all of our products are carefully inspected when we receive them and prior to shipping and packaged with absolute care to prevent damage in shipping. If you find you have any problems with your order upon receipt, please contact Adam Sweet firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving.

Both of these services use “cookies” and “IP Addresses” as industry standard methods of monitoring website usage. None of this information reveals anything personal about you. Statistics information is kept strictly to ourselves.We do not pay track static IP address.
